Field Service management application works in co-ordination with ServiceNow Application. Before logging in to this application user account has to be created with TCL.
Change the way you manage Field Operations, Track field engineer’s location every minute, track fault on map, track path travelled, distance covered by Field Engineer per day, per month, Create ticket through mobile, Assign ticket on Mobile.

FSM for iOS includes
· Create Ticket: Field Engineer can create ticket if they observe any fault in fiber or if they observe and activity going on near fiber, they can also create a proactive ticket for monitoring any particular fiber.
· Update Ticket: Ticket created by Field Engineer can be update by mobile or web, it can be also assigned to other Field Engineer through Mobile only.
· Take picture of fault: While creating ticket application will enforce you to attach picture of fault which will be geotagged. Geotagged image will help in locating the fault area.
· Locate Fault: A team lead can locate the fault by looking at the dashboard on his laptop or desktop, he can also find if any field engineer is available near to the fault location.
· Send your real time location: Application will continuous send the real time location of field engineer to his TL which can be checked on web.
· Monitor Path travelled: Field engineer can track his path he can view the path travelled by him.
· Monitor distance travelled: Field Engineer can see the path travelled by him and distance covered by him on a particular day, this will help them to bill there travel.
· Create PM Compliance Report: Compliance report can be created through mobile this help us to monitor POP on monthly or bi-monthly basis and in case of any non-compliance ticket can be created against that POP.
· Create OHS Checklist: OHS (Operation, health and safety) checklist can be filled through mobile which ensures all safety measures were taken before starting the work at height or at risky locations.
· Diagnose your Mobile Health: There is an option provided in application through which you can diagnose the health of your mobile, this data remains in mobile for 7 days.
· Work in Offline Mode: Even if there is no internet connections a user can work on this application whenever mobile will get network the offline stored data will be transferred to server.
